Ingredients: Hemp, Willowherb, Nettle Root, Tulsi, Calendula, Cloves, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Rosehip, Elderberry.

Brewing:
Serve - Straight black. Drink 1-2 cups throughout the day or when needed.
Measure - 1 teaspoon per cup (1g) per cup (250ml).
Brewing time - 2 to 4 minutes.
Iced - Brew straight and pour over ice, add honey to taste.
