GENERAL
We use a variety of couriers to send to residential or business addresses within New Zealand (and internationally - see International Orders below).
Where applicable, please remember to include the business name as part of the address.
After your order has been placed we will email you a tax invoice and order confirmation with a summary of the goods you ordered.
Once your order has been packaged and dispatched from our warehouse we will send a further email to confirm dispatch along with a tracking number for your parcel.
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable may incur a courier redelivery fee where: no business name has been shown, the address is incorrect, or delivery has been attempted & the customer does not organise necessary alternative delivery or collection arrangements with the courier.
Parcels are generally shipped with a 'Signature Required' service. However, if you authorise use &/or the courier to leave the parcel without a signature, neither Koop nor the courier company can be held liable for any loss or damage
FREIGHT CHARGES - NZ ORDERS:
Shipping will be calculated and shown at the checkout before your payment is confirmed. Our shipping rates start at $6.99.
Bulky or large items may have a special shipping cost. Due to the nature or large size of some items, combined shipping may not always be available (this will be noted within the products description).
Please note: Waiheke Island & a few other NZ outer-island addresses may sometimes be subject to a courier company surcharge which is not shown at checkout. If this applies, we will ring to discuss before dispatching your order.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME - NZ ORDERS:
We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and because the majority of stock is kept in our warehouse, we usually process & dispatch your order within 1-2 business days* (or a little longer over busy or holiday periods such as Christmas/New Year).
Delivery to an address normally takes 1-3 business days from dispatch. Please allow slightly longer in the case of rural deliveries or unusually busy periods.
All delivery-time targets are subject to circumstances beyond our control.
*Occasionally, a longer dispatch/delivery time may apply to particular products (eg: oversized, custom manufactured or goods specially ordered in) and a note will be shown on the product page asking that availability/dispatch/shipping should be confirmed before purchase.
CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS (PICK UPS):
We offer a 'Click & Collect' service from our warehouse located at 101 Nelson Street, Petone, Lower Hutt.
If you would like to pick your order up simply select 'Click & Collect' at the checkout & freight charges will be automatically removed from your order total.
Collection times are Mon-Fri between 10am & 4pm by arrangement. Orders are usually ready for collection within 1 business day (but if it is more urgent, please contact us).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Koop ships overseas, but these orders cannot be processed via our website.
Please email us on contact@koop.co.nz detailing the international delivery address, international contact number & quantities/items required so we can quote an overseas shipping change. Shipping prices start at $25.00.
Orders are dispatched upon payment by customer.
Delivery date estimates may vary due to unforeseen delays or incorrect delivery addresses.
International customers are responsible for any country of landing import costs or delays.
